It’s been revealed that PR queen-turned-reality star Roxy Jacenko nearly walked away with Leah and Ash Milton‘s The Block 2023 house.

Yep, the home that nobody seemed to want reportedly won over the SAS Australia 2020 star, according to Daily Mail Australia.

The outlet reported in August that Roxy was in talks with The Block‘s co-creator Julian Cress to snap up the home.

“Those phone calls started months after the show wrapped. With even the 2023 contestants unaware that those conversations were happening,” an insider said.

Why did Roxy Jacenko want to purchase Leah and Ash’s The Block house?

While it hasn’t been confirmed what the 44-year-old planned to do with the house, it was rumoured Roxy would follow in Adrian Portelli‘s footsteps.

For those not in the loop, millionaire Adrian stepped onto The Block scene in 2022 and has since purchased multiple properties that he raffles off in his LMCT+ giveaway business.

At the time Roxy was sussing out House Two, she was debuting her marketing course, Roxy’s Bootcamp, which included a mansion giveaway.

“It is unconfirmed if Roxy did intend to follow Adrian Portelli and auction off the property but it seemed likely that was where the sale was going,” a source said.

“An offer is an offer and they [The Block producers] don’t ask those questions.”

While Roxy didn’t end up buying the home, it eventually sold to a private buyer.

With a sale of $3,125,000, Leah and Ash walked away with $155,000 profit.
