Leah and Ash Milton‘s The Block 2023 house has finally sold, three months after it was passed in on auction day.
Nine confirmed on February 28 that House Two for $3.125 million. This means the Queensland couple take home $155,000 and the Ford Mustang they won during the final room reveal of the season.
“We can confirm that House 2 from The Block 2023 in Hampton East has been sold to a family that is very excited to move into Leah and Ash’s stunning home,” a Nine spokesperson said.
The $3.125 million sale lands Leah and Ash in third place for their season, behind winners Steph and Gian Ottavio and runner-ups Eliza and Liberty Paschke.

Taking to Instagram to share the exciting news, the controversial couple said they’re “feeling forever grateful and proud”.
“From the very beginning, our aim was not just to build, but to pour our hearts into every corner, hoping to find someone who would appreciate our creation,” they wrote. “It’s been a tough few months as we’ve had a few close calls with this sale.
“Despite the challenges and the doubts, we have remained steadfast in our vision. We cannot tell you how relieved we are that our dreams for this house are finally a reality.
“Now, as we say goodbye to our Block adventure, we’re feeling grateful and proud.”
The long-awaited sale comes after several close calls with buyers since the show wrapped.
The Charming Street property was originally listed at $3.2 million. It then dropped to $3.125 million in December due to a “lack of interest”.
