The Block 2023‘s Leah and Ash Milton have reportedly dropped the price of their house after losing all offers from interested buyers.

ICYMI: During the nailbiting finale on November 5, House Two was the only property to be passed in after failing to reach its reserve price under the hammer.

Six weeks later, the house remains unsold, with insiders claiming that a team from the upcoming 20th season may sell their home before the Queensland-based couple get the chance. Yikes.

And it seems desperate times call for desperate measures because an updated Statement of Information obtained by Yahoo! Lifestyle has revealed that the couple “quietly” dropped the asking price by $75,000 last week.

The leaked document showed the property price dropping from $3,200,000 to $3,125,000, with an insider stating that it will “likely drop again in the new year due to lack of interest”.

House Two’s real estate agent, Noel Susan from Buxton Hampton East, has also revealed they’ve reverted to a “traditional” selling campaign in hopes of turning a profit.

“We’ve just commenced doing open for inspections over the last two weeks, swung it into, I guess, a normalised campaign,” he told Domain.

“We’ve had two Saturdays and two mid-week opens. We haven’t been inundated with people – I thought once we opened it up we’d get a lot of fans and so forth … but we’ve had genuine people coming to have a look which has been good.”

He added: “Obviously just the timing and so forth it’s been a bit slower this time of the year, but it’s just converted to a traditional private sale campaign.”
