Farmer Wants a Wife Australia 2024‘s Bella Southwell has exposed producers for leaving her stranded alone without her phone during filming.
We all saw Farmer Dean take a break from the ladies on his farm before deciding he wanted to pursue a relationship with Teegan.
However, during her tell-all in episode 401 of the So Dramatic! podcast, Bella revealed that she was abandoned in the middle of nowhere after Dean had taken a break from filming.
“[Dean’s girls] were separated, and I was ready to go home,” Bella told host Megan Pustetto. “But before I could start packing, they took our phones so that I couldn’t do anything, and they sent me to an Airbnb in the middle of the bush.
“I didn’t have my phone for 48 hours, so I couldn’t call anyone to get me out of there.” WTAF!?
Bella recalled that she had no idea where she was and didn’t know how long she’d be staying there.

To make matters worse, Bella was completely alone whilst the other ladies had their minders with them.
“My minder had to leave at midnight because everything was organised so last minute,” she recalled.
“If something happened to me, there was nothing I could do. I didn’t have my phone to call the execs and ask them what the f*ck was going on.”
Bella described the whole ordeal as “terrifying”,
“I was put in the bush in the middle of nowhere. If something happened to me, nobody would know. Imagine if I got murdered on national television,” she said.
“There was a lot of negligence, and they failed in their duty of care.”
This comes as multiple cast members from the 2024 season have spoken out about being “bullied” and mistreated on set.
