Married at First Sight Australia 2024‘s Lucinda Light has revealed the truth about her post-show earnings after reports she was set to cash in big time.
Rumours have been circulating that the self-proclaimed “earth mama” has been pocketing a LOT of cash since her stint on MAFS, from brand deals and subscription portals to celebrant services.
Per Yahoo! Lifestyle, the fan-favourite bride has the most commercial appeal and is expected to make millions.
They also reported she was set to make a whopping $250,000 for her UK speaking tour alone.
However, the former TV bride has hit back at these reports, telling So Dramatic! that things aren’t as they seem.

Lucinda explained that the reports about her post-show earnings aren’t true.
“I’m actually not earning the fortune everyone’s claiming,” she told So Dramatic!.
“I’m on my way to building abundance, but off the back of lots of hard work and not having money for years. These articles make out like I’m out to rip everyone off, which is the least of my intentions.”
The 43-year-old explained that her UK tours are “costing [her] more than [she’s] earning”, and she’s “knocked back a tonne” of brand deals.
She also claimed her subscription service, Lucinda Light Tribe, “is a lot of work for a small subscription with fewer members than you’d think”.
The reality star then admitted she’s no longer working as a celebrant as she’s “busy taking charities and fundraisers over and above”.
“My $8,000 celebrant fee included all my flights, accommodation, transport and a bespoke ceremony. I genuinely have only chosen three, discounted them and closed my books,” she justified.
