Married at First Sight Australia 2024 fans have slammed Jonathan McCullough for dragging Lauren Dunn in a rogue TikTok, claiming she had a secret boyfriend during filming. And mate, sorry, but you’re about as credible as Wikipedia!
ICYMI: during the marriage experiment, it was revealed that Jonathan was texting Ellie Dix behind his wife Lauren’s back. Despite claiming these messages were “friendly”, Jonathan and Ellie walked into the Reunion as a couple.
Meanwhile, rumours were circulating that Lauren had been “pining after” a “secret Bali boyfriend” she’d met before filming.
However, the outspoken bride denied these claims, stating that she had a fling in Bali as a rebound after her breakup with her boyfriend of five years, Ryan Crowley.
Like the pot-stirrer he is, Jonathan took to TikTok on April 30 to smear his ex-wife’s name yet again. And you’re gonna want to buckle up for this!

In the video, the controversial groom explained what “really happened” at the final dinner party when he and Ellie made Lauren cry.
“There was a massive bit of context removed,” the reality star told the camera. “Lauren had a partner outside the experiment. [She told me] on the first day of our honeymoon.”
According to Jonathan, Lauren said: “I’m not interested in a relationship. Let’s look after each other and have fun”. And sure, Jan!

“That changes a LOT of things,” he continued. “She said I was cheating on her, and that clearly wasn’t happening.”
Jonathan then addressed the final dinner party, stating that Lauren wasn’t crying because he’d recoupled with Ellie but rather because the “table tore shreds through her”.
“They said: ‘How dare you call Jono a cheater when you had a boyfriend the whole time!'” he claimed.
Which is pretty funny, considering Jonathan previously told Daily Mail Australia he didn’t think Lauren had a “boyfriend” but rather “a person she was interested in”.

Fans flocked to the comment section to roast TF out of Jonathan for spreading porkies about Lauren, and tbh; we’re living for the shade!
“Lauren’s putting posts out asking people not to troll Jono and Ellie, and here he is throwing her right under the bus,” one user wrote, whilst another penned: “Lauren’s an absolute queen… Why sleep with her if you hated her so much?” Hear! Hear!
A third person added: “I’ll wait for other cast members to confirm this because I do not believe this for a second.”
Whilst a fourth wrote: “And when did the aliens land at the dinner party you forgot that bit.” LOL!
People also agreed that even if Lauren did have a boyfriend, it wasn’t an excuse for the way Jonathan treated her.
“I don’t care if someone was seeing someone on the outside. The vile, smug and outright poisonous things you said to women while laughing and smiling showed exactly who you are. Disgusting,” a fifth fan commented.
Another person agreed, writing: “Even if you’d done nothing wrong, you and Ellie behaved callously towards Lauren.” And true that!
