Married at First Sight Australia 2024‘s Lauren Dunn has urged people to stop “trolling” and “attacking” Ellie Dix and her workplace after the explosive Reunion drama.

ICYMI: After secretly texting each other behind Lauren’s back, Ellie and Jonathan McCullough debuted their relationship during the two-part Reunion, which rubbed fans the wrong way.

As a result, disgruntled viewers have threatened to boycott Ellie’s workplace and sent her “disturbing” and “revolting” hate messages which have left her “traumatised”.

On April 10, Lauren took to her covert Instagram account to speak out against the abuse towards her co-star.

“To everyone trolling and attacking Ellie at her workplace, please stop immediately,” Lauren wrote on her Story. “What you see on TV is only a small portion of what goes on.”

“Regardless of what you saw on TV (filmed six months ago), I have no problems with Jono and Ellie, and neither of them deserve to be harassed or bullied.

“Please can everyone let them be happy and let’s all move on,” she finished.

It comes after Lauren claimed the “majority of the cast” knew about Jonathan and Ellie’s relationship before the Reunion was filmed.
