We’ve uncovered exactly what Ellie Dix called Lauren Dunn at the Married at First Sight Australia 2024 Reunion, and there goes Ellie’s “nice girl” persona…

Part one of the hotly anticipated Reunion hit our screens on April 7, and it certainly did not disappoint.

While Sara Mesa and bae Tim Calwell‘s spicy blowup had fans rattled, nothing could top Ellie and Jonathan McCullough‘s spectacular arrival — as a couple!

While viewers have been long aware that Ellie and Jonathan recoupled IRL, their co-stars were none the wiser until the Reunion, even after the groom was busted texting the already departed Ellie during the experiment.

As previously reported by So Dramatic!, Lauren was “blindsided” when they arrived at the dinner party hand-in-hand. So, it’s no shock she went into defence mode when confronted with the duo.

As Jonathan and Ellie tried to justify their romance — which they claim only started a week after Final Vows — the bride snapped, lashing out at Lauren.

While the slur was bleeped out on the show, So Dramatic! can reveal that Ellie called Lauren a “f*cking b*tch”.

Lauren Dunn ‘can’t believe how nasty Ellie was’ at the MAFS Reunion

Speaking to So Dramatic! after the episode aired, a source close to Lauren said the TV bride was “so shook” at the scenario.

“Her adrenaline and emotions were so all over the place,” they said. “She was so triggered watching it back. She can’t believe how nasty Ellie was.”

The insider added that Lauren was relieved to “see that she was right all along”.

“She was happy to have validation that she wasn’t crazy. Something was so wrong with [Jonanthan], but he put on this nice guy act and made Lauren out to be the devil,” they said. “It just felt so icky.

“It’s kind of sickening, but now everyone can see what she was feeling the whole time and why.”

Ellie Dix claims her comment wasn’t directed at Lauren Dunn

Despite what it looked like on-screen, Ellie has claimed her choice words weren’t directed at Lauren.

Appearing alongside Jonathan on Bronte & Lakey for Breakfast, Ellie said there was more “context to that” scenario.

“It was at the very end of the night, and it was actually directed towards Sara because Sara was being so horrible to me,” she said.

“She came at me, and I had just snapped. I thought, ‘This isn’t your fight.’

Ellie added that she “definitely regrets swearing on camera like that”.

“It’s the one thing my dad asked me not to do,” she joked before Jonathan confirmed it was “directed at Sara“.

“If you were there, I think you’d agree it was well deserved, to be honest with you.” Ouch.

However, another participant has since told So Dramatic! that this isn’t true and that Ellie did direct the slur towards Lauren. So, make of that what you will!
