FBOY Island Australia host Abbie Chatfield has given a glaring hint as to who her new boyfriend is, and we hate to say we told you so!
During a two-part tell-all on her It’s A Lot podcast, Abbie revealed she’s in a “really healthy” relationship following a recent heartbreak.

Whilst the TV personality tried to keep her new man’s identity private, she hinted that people had probably already figured out who he was.
“I think everyone knows. If you don’t know, use your noggin,” she laughed. “Just have a look around you, open your eyes”.
She then referenced a photo she’d recently posted with him, revealing: “The caption said ‘FRIENDS’ in capital letters”.
After the slightest bit of digging, it’s clear that her new bae is Adam Hyde, one-half of the electronic music duo Peking Duk, who also performs as Kelli Holiday.
Now, we reported this tea on So Dramatic! EXTRA back in December 2023. And so much for a “fake news” site, huh?
The podcast host revealed she’d been pals with new man for a few years, however, after a classic friends-to-lovers arc, they’d fallen into a romance. Aww!
Abbie Chatfield says her new man makes her ‘feel like herself again’
Abbie spent her entire podcast episode gushing over her new man, telling listeners that he made her “feel like herself again” after all the BS she’d endured in the past.
“It’s the most important thing that’s happened to me, dating-wise,” she admitted. “I cry every day because of how happy I am.”
Abbie explained that in the past, she blamed herself for attracting the wrong type of lover. However, she realised that she wasn’t the problem, especially after experiencing the healthy dynamics of her new relationship.
“He’s just been the kindest, most supportive person,” she said. “He’s opened up a whole new world that I can see that things aren’t always going to end badly.”
Whilst the 28-year-old has been very vocal about her preference for open relationships in the past, she confirmed that her new romance is monogamous and would remain that way for “a few months”.

“I’m not in a position to be in an open relationship right now because of how traumatised my brain is,” she explained.
“I need to feel fully focused. I was really scared to tell him because I thought he would want to be open and open only [so] I think monogamy is going to happen [for] a few more months.” And we’re living for her lover-girl era!
