Channel Ten has announced serial reality star and radio host Brittany Hockley as the first star to enter the I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Australia 2024 jungle.
Brittany, who rose to fame on The Bachelor 2018 before appearing on Bachelor In Paradise and The Challenge Australia, was announced as an upcoming contestant on March 20 during her afternoon radio show, The Pick Up.
“Not sure I’ve ever been overwhelmed with so many feelings before,” Brittany said upon the news.
“I’m excited, nervous, petrified, anxious and super pumped all at once! And somehow, I’m already hungry!”
Brittany will broadcast from the jungle as part of Jungle Radio, delivering exclusive interviews and behind-the-scenes tea.
In the clues from the show, the 36-year-old was teased as an “unlucky in love radio host” off the back of being dumped by Nick Cummins in The Bachelor 2018 finale.
She is now happily in a relationship with Swiss footballer, Ben Siegrist, following a string of public breakups.

After Brittany’s I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! future was revealed, fans took to social media to share their excitement.
“NO WAY this was not on my 2024 bingo card,” one penned on Instagram.
“I don’t normally tune into I’m a Celebrity, but I will be this year !!! Let’s go, Britt !!” another wrote.
A third added: “Oh yeah, this is a great choice. She’ll be amazing!!”
I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! 2024 kicks off on Sunday, March 24, on Channel Ten and 10Play.
