I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Australia 2024 host Robert Irwin‘s celebrity friends are reportedly keen to land a spot on the reality show’s upcoming season.
ICYMI: Since long-time I’m a Celebrity host Dr Chris Brown made the move to Channel Seven, wildlife warrior Robert Irwin has filled his boots. He will be hosting the hit series alongside longtime host Julia Morris.
According to Yahoo! Lifestyle, since Robert was revealed as the new co-host, companies have been “falling over themselves” to sign up their talent for the show.
“The Irwins have more than a fair share of A-list celebrities in their circle, including the Hemsworths and Melissa Joan Hart, who’s the most rumoured contestant this year,” an insider told the outlet.
“There are some celebs we ask every year, and maybe this year, stars like Melissa or Jean-Claude Van Damme will finally say yes. It’s our year to catch a few of those white whales.” Phew!

Per Yahoo! Lifestyle, Robert has connected with some pretty famous faces. He’s worked with singing sensation Billie Eilish, interviewed esteemed actor Robert Downey Jr. and appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
So it’s safe to say the 20-year-old knows people in high places!
While it’s nearly impossible for ALL of his celebrity friends to rough it out in the jungle, the insider told the outlet that some “seriously famous names” may be joining the show thanks to Robert.
“Julia is telling everyone that Robert is like a breath of fresh air. Even she will admit she’s been outdone with celebrity names being dropped on set,” the source dished.
“The network might get some mates rates with Robert’s friends, but he won’t be playing favourites. He’d love to put his friends in unimaginable challenges.” And it sounds like we’re in for a HUGE season!
