Leah and Ash Milton‘s The Block 2023 property is on track to sell for a profit after it was passed in on auction day.

ICYMI: House Two was the only home from the 19th season not to sell on November 4. It unfortunately failed to surpass its $2.97 million reserve price under the hammer.

However, the Queensland parents could still pocket some cash, with realestate.com.au reporting that negotiations are underway.

As of November 7, Leah and Ash’s home is expected to sell within the next 24 to 48 hours for approximately $3.1 million.

This would earn them $130,000 in profit, putting them in equal third place with co-stars Kyle and Leslie Cottone.

Noel Susay, the Buxton Hampton East agent behind House Two’s sale, said his phone has been “[blowing] up” since the home was passed in at $2.9 million.

“On Sunday night I had six phone calls and eight emails, and the emails are still coming with more interest,” he revealed.

Noel added that he had taken two prospective buyers through the home on November 6 and was now negotiating with both parties.

“I’m expecting a deal in the next 24 hours to 48 hours.”

According to Noel, the buyers he is currently working with were interested prior to auction day. However, they were sceptical to bid against big guns Danny Wallis and Adrian Portelli.

“They’re buyers who were scared of coming to the show’s auctions because they thought they’d get beat by big hitters Danny and Adrian,” he said.

To fans’ surprise, Danny — who has spent over $40 million on The Block properties since 2012 — didn’t take home any of this year’s homes.

Meanwhile, LMCT+ founder Adrian purchased THREE, including Steph and Gian Ottavio‘s winning home at $5 million.
