Rumours have been swirling that FBOY Island Australia may be at risk of being axed and we hope this isn’t true.
According to TV Tonight, the messy dating show hosted by Abbie Chatfield was absent from the Binge Upfronts lineup, suggesting that it may not return in 2024.
Back on July 4, Abbie took to Instagram to beg for a second season.
“FBOY Island better come back for Season Two,” the 28-year-old wrote. “I wanna play FBOY detective again. Just not in my own life.”

Many fans flocked to Abbie’s comments section, begging for the show to return to their screens.
“100% we need Season Two,” one person wrote, whilst another said: “Please make it come back. Only dating show that makes me wanna watch the next episode.”
A third fan added: “If it doesn’t come back imma riot,” whilst Celebrity Apprentice‘s Carla From Bankstown penned: “I NEEEEEED season 2 and I need a cameo for a challenge or date pls.” And sign this icon up!
The 10-part series followed three singles as they determined whether the 24 men in front of them were “Nice Guys” or self-proclaimed “FBOYs”. And if you ask us, we think it should be renewed, stat!
