Leslie and Kyle Cottones GORGEOUS light-filled house will be auctioned off by McGrath St Kilda’s Josh Sterling and Michael Townsend.

This pair crafted winning auction campaigns on The Block in 2018, 2020 and 2021.

The beautiful property is estimated to bring in between $2.5 million and $2.75 million.

House 2: Leah and Ash Milton

Leah and Ash Milton’s eclectic contemporary delight will be backed by Buxton Hampton East’s Halli Moore and Noel Susay.

According to their website, the agency sells “close to four times more residential sales” in the area than any other real estate network. So it seems the couple are in safe hands!

Their property, which boasts a “captivating fusion of contemporary vintage and artistic flair”, is expected to sell between $2.5 million and $2.75 million. Wowza.

House 3: Kristy and Brett Beams

Kristy and Brett Beams will work alongside Belle Property Brighton’s Julian Cannata and Sam Inan to sell their “bold” and “elegant” home.

The agents, who are returning to the show after appearing on the 2018 season, shared some kind words about the couple.

“Their youth and vibrancy allows them to create something very special out of their untouched 1950s home,” they wrote on their website.

“They’re doing a great job on what is the only corner block in this year’s series, which is a unique selling point within itself.”

House 3 has a price guide of $2.5 million to $2.75 million if it sells as planned on auction day.

House 4: Steph and Gian Ottavio

Steph and Gian Ottavio have enlisted three agents to sell their home: Ray White Sunbury’s Aaron Hill, Marin Durkovic and Chelsea Kleeven.

Aaron and Marin were also responsible for Omar Slaimankhel and Ozman ‘Oz’ Abu Malik‘s record-breaking win last season. So it’s safe to say Steph and Gian have a good chance of following in their footsteps!

Not only that, but the couple won the Domain Listings Challenge during the show’s September 26 episode. And if that doesn’t say competitive advantage, we don’t know what does!

House 4 has the lowest price guide out of all the Charming Street properties, as it’s estimated to sell between $2.2 million and $2.4 million.

House 5: Eliza and Liberty Paschke

Eliza and Liberty Paschke‘s “mid-century marvel” will be auctioned off by Jellis Craig Brighton’s Nick Renna and Connor Harvey.

“I’m very excited for Team Renna to be representing Eliza and Liberty from House 5 on this year’s season of The Block,” Nick wrote to Facebook.

“It’s been great to work through the process with the girls so far. I can’t wait to see what they create.”

House 5 has the highest price guide this year, as it’s set to sell between $2.7 million to $2.85 million.
