Married at First Sight Australia 2023‘s Melinda Willis has revealed things are still tense between this year’s cast ahead of the 2023 Logie Awards.

ICYMI: A sh*t-ton of drama has been going down since the show wrapped, with Melinda hinting at a “divide” among the brides and grooms.

However, sources have since dished to So Dramatic! that tensions are particularly simmering between Melinda, Tahnee Cook and Evelyn Ellis.

Now, Melinda has confessed that Australian TV’s night of nights is going to be “awkward”, with some issues still unresolved.

“Everyone’s friends and we all went through the same experience, [but] we all don’t align and we all don’t have the same values,” she told Yahoo! Lifestyle.

“So it’s very hard to be in the spotlight and be amicable, but people on the outside world think that you’re best friends or think they saw you on TV and you were friends. “

She continued: “So if you don’t talk to someone at the time or take a photo with them, they’re so quick to judge like, ‘Oh, what happened there?’.”

The beauty entrepreneur added that she thinks there are “three or four little groups” amid the cast that’ll make for some tense moments at the Logies.

“I think everyone will be friends on the night, but definitely behind the scenes there’s a lot going on,” the 32-year-old admitted.

And we have a feeling some castmates are still salty after copping a last-minute invite…

“It’s awkward, there are friendships breaking down, there’s ‘he said she said’ and there’s a lot of unfinished business with a lot of things, so it’s just gonna be very interesting.

“But hopefully, there’s just no ‘MAFS dinner party’ set up and everyone can just be mature and float past each other.”

It comes after sources expressed to So Dramatic! that Evelyn is on the outs after “a number of shady things”.

“Evelyn has a game plan and a strategy and is super fake,” one insider said.
