Bride and Prejudice Australia 2019‘s Dannii Erskine has made more shocking allegations in her first TV interview after she was reported to have “died” in a car accident.

So Dramatic! first reported that Dannii had died on April 29 after someone claiming to be her sister detailed that she was “T-boned” by an intoxicated driver in an email. Memorium posts were also shared on Dannii’s Instagram page.

Many sources have since told us they believe the claims were a ploy, as the 28-year-old has previously “faked” her death. Despite this, Dannii maintains she was “hacked” and denies any involvement.

Appearing on Sunrise on May 16, the Melburnian said she was “shocked” and “disgusted” by the “death hoax”.

“I’ve been under a lot of stress,” she said, maintaining that she had been in hospital recovering from ankle surgery as this all unfolded.

“I was told to essentially switch off from it all and focus on recovery and it’s been extremely hard to do that when this is all been happening.

“I’m quite shocked with what’s happened. I’m quite disgusted,” she added.

“It just makes me feel sick because, as we all know, people lose their lives every day. It’s just one of those things that really makes you sick to the stomach.”

Dannii Erskine claims a ‘well-known stalker’ is responsible for the ‘fake death’

According to Dannii, a “well-known stalker” of hers is responsible for the posts. However, she said she wasn’t able to “confirm any sort of names”.

“Unfortunately, I thought things had passed but clearly they haven’t passed. So it is being investigated and hopefully justice will come soon and someone will be charged for this,” she said.

It comes after she suggested in a statement to So Dramatic! that her ex-husband, Denton Ansley, was involved in the supposed hoax.

She added that she has had “the same password for over 15 years, so it could be anybody that knows [her]”.

“Let’s just say that my password wasn’t very difficult to use,” she told Sunrise hosts Natalie Barr and David Koch.

“I have actually spoken to an IT tech company and they said it’s actually extremely easy to hack into Instagram and social media platforms these days.”

She continued: “My poor family, they were inundated with absolutely so many phone calls.

“At that time, they confirmed that it was completely untrue but in saying that, still, they shouldn’t have had to go through this.”

However, several of Dannii’s family members corroborated the story of her death on social media and via text, which you can read here.
