A flock of actors are also taking on DWTS, including Mary Coustas, Survivor’s Pia Miranda, Virginia Gay, Christie Whelan Browne and Home and Away’s Emily Weir.

But that’s not all!

Better Homes and Gardens’ Charlie Albone, Australian Idol’s Pauline ‘Paulini ‘ Curuenavuli, Human Nature’s Phil Burton and The Chase Australia’s, Issa Schultz will also be bustin’ a move this year. Phew, it sounds like it’s going to be a big one!

This season, the celebrities will be divided into two groups who will each be taking the stage on alternating nights. The leaderboard will be determined by the scores from both the judges and the studio audience, so yes, if you book a ticket to the live show, you get a say!

Who’s hosting Dancing with the Stars 2023?

This year, Daryl Somers has returned to host the show alongside fan favourite Sonia Kruger.

However, it seems like the 71-year-old wasn’t Channel Seven’s first choice. Ouch.

In fact, Dr Chris Brown was initially rumoured to be hosting the new season.

It was announced in February that the long-time I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! host was jumping ship from Network Ten to Seven.

However, it’s been said that Seven got Chris’ start date wrong and he couldn’t co-host DWTS due to his contractual obligations with Ten. We’ve been robbed!

Who’s judging Dancing with the Stars 2023?

Last year, Todd McKenneyHelen Richey, Paul Mercurio and Mark Wilson mercilessly judged the contestants on their dancing techniques.

Mark and Todd have returned to put the celebs through their paces. However, this year, some fresh faces have joined the judging committee.

However, this isn’t the case, as Strictly Come Dancing‘s Craig Revel Horwood and professional DWTS dancer Sharna Burgess are taking over as judges this season. And with their YEARS of experience, we’re sure they’re going to be BRUTAL!
