MasterChef Australia 2023: Secrets and Surprises is right around the corner, and we’re sure everybody’s asking: what prize does the winner get for all their blood, sweat and tears?

MasterChef Australia announces the new air date for the premiere
Channel Ten has announced the new MasterChef Australia premiere date following the death of beloved judge Jock Zonfrillo.
The 46-year-old passed away in Melbourne on May 1, the same day season fifteen of MasterChef Australia was supposed to air.
The network has since announced the show will premiere its latest season on Sunday, May 7 at 7:30 pm “with the full support” of Jock’s family.
Jock is survived by his third wife, Lauren Fried, and his four children: Ava and Sophia, from his first two marriages, and Alfie and Isla whom he shares with Lauren.

As the name suggests, many details about the new season of MasterChef have been kept under wraps. But the one thing we know for sure is that we’re in for an exciting season!
Melissa Leong, Andy Allen and Jock are back to judge the fresh batch of contestants as they cook up a storm in the iconic MasterChef kitchen.
And as always, they will have help from a few friends along the way.
Beloved UK celebrity chef Jamie Oliver will appear as a guest judge across two action-packed episodes.
But that’s not all! Curtis Stone, Maggie Beer, Peter Gilmore and Rick Stein will also appear as guest judges this season and we can’t wait!
