Harry Garside has admitted he regularly gets Botox during a candid chat about cosmetic procedures with his I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! Australia 2023 campmates.

Despite being the youngest contestant in the jungle, the 25-year-old boxer is a big fan of the “anti-aging” measure. Here, here Harry!

“I think the world we live in now is breeding more and more insecurity,” he dished.

“That’s probably the reason why I got it, to be completely honest. I want to try and remain young for as long as possible.”

Harry Garside spoke on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! Australia 2023 about regularly getting Botox injections while other contestants dished on cosmetic procedures

He might have gone too hard though.

He explained that when he was posing for publicity photos for the show, the photographer asked him to mix up his facial expression.

“Um…I can’t move my forehead,” he said.

I’m A Celebrity‘s Harry Garside ‘comes out’ as straight after facing years of homophobia

In another chat with his campmates, Harry said his sexuality is often scrutinised because he paints his nails and wears traditionally feminine clothes like skirts.

“People have often questioned my sexuality and been quite homophobic towards me,” he admitted in a heartwrenching chat with Ian ‘Dicko’ Dickson.

“I am a straight man and I am very comfortable in my own skin but I am lucky I have got thick skin but I am sure that if they are saying that to an athlete, who else are they saying it to.”

Which I’m A Celebrity contestants have also had cosmetic procedures?

Neither actor Debra Lawrance, 66, nor sporting great Liz Ellis, 50, have gone under the knife.

“In my profession, you have to be aware of how you look … but since getting older, this is who you get. I’ve loved making the transition into looking older. When your face starts collapsing and your chin goes … it was difficult at first,” Debra said.

Below Deck’s Aesha Scott said she got her first Botox injections just three months ago to soften what she called the “Wi-Fi signal” lines on her forehead.

But the 29-year-old “hated” the result, saying she “felt like I lost my personality”.

It’s not unusual for reality stars to have a massive transformation after finding fame.

Former Married at Frist Sight star Domenica Calarco said she gets injections because it makes her “happier”.

“If I can inject a bit of Botox here and there, or put a bit of plump in my lips, I’m going to do it. It makes my life better; it makes me happier,” she said.

AFL legend Adam Cooney said he could “think of better things to spend $300 on”. Typical bloke!
