Married at First Sight Australia 2023‘s Tayla Winter has revealed she’s planning a trip to Darwin to visit fellow participant Cameron Woods after the pair denied they were romantically involved.
Speaking to the Herald Sun on April 13, the 27-year-old addressed their relationship saying they are “very close”.
“I know a lot of people have been asking and making assumptions about my friendship with Cam,” she told the publication.
“We are very close and I am planning on flying up to Darwin soon.”
Even though Tayla and Cameron have said they’re ‘just friends’ about a million times, Tayla’s grand gesture does give the impression they could be more.
Plus we can’t ignore the flirty vibes they were giving off during the experiment.
Not to mention, earlier this month, the nurse told reporters she wanted to be matched with Cameron in the experiment.
“I do believe that there would be room to explore something with Cam if we were living in the same state. We probably could have made it work,” the Tasmanian bride dished.
But alas she was paired with Hugo Armstrong, and we all know how that worked out.
Cameron Woods does have a girlfriend though
However, it looks like a relationship between Cameron and Talya is definitely off the cards (for now anyway) after he recently confirmed he’s got a new girlfriend and they’re “really happy” together.
Cameron also crushed the intruder bride’s heart by saying “there is no relationship”. He really has a way with words.
“The relationship between Tayla and I – I’m just going to put the nail in the coffin right here. There is no relationship,” he said.
“We had a bit of friendly chat and banter after the Final Vows and after everything was done… to the point where I was horrors in a night club and I got my willy out on FaceTime.”
But never say never!

During the MAFS Reunion on April 3, Tayla and Cameron were asked about their relationship by the other participants.
Despite secretly hooking up during filming, Taylor said it “[hadn’t] been explored yet.”
That’s when Cameron piped up and said he showed Tayla his penis at a club… because yep, that’s a normal thing to do.
