Turns out Married at First Sight Australia 2023‘s Adam Seed‘s exit from the show was even less ceremonious than what we saw during the February 26 Commitment Ceremony.
After being exposed for being a grade-A cheating rat for his pash with Claire Nomarhas, the most recent Commitment Ceremony saw Adam and his TV wife Janelle Han opt to leave the experiment. Rejoice!
The 35-year-old was quick to up and leave following his decision, and now, sources have dished what happened after he ditched the scene.
Chatting to Yahoo! Lifestyle, one insider said Adam was ushered straight back to his lonesome Skye Suite.
“Producers just put him in a taxi back to his solo apartment, told him to pack his bags and there’d be a taxi arriving in the morning,” they explained. “There was no big farewell with the boys, no hugs or anything really.
“He just left and no one seemed to care.” Welp, you play stupid games, you win stupid prizes!
The source added that while it’s normal for the rest of the cast to meet up the following morning to say goodbye to their exiting co-stars, Adam didn’t cop a warm farewell — unlike his fan-fave partner Janelle, who received a whole lotta love.

Speaking with the publication following the episode, Janelle confirmed she didn’t see Adam after he stormed out of the ceremony.
The influencer also dished that they haven’t been in contact since the show finished filming.
“I do not speak to him, I do not talk to him, and the next time I see him will be the reunion,” the 28-year-old said.
Janelle went on to explain that she feels Adam’s dramatic exit all comes down to his ego.
“The thing with Adam is that he has a lot of pride and you could see that throughout the entire experiment,” she explained.
“If you even questioned his character he would blow up, like when I questioned his career and he was so clearly insecure about it and got so defensive.”
According to Janelle, her TV hubby “couldn’t take” being held accountable for his behaviour.
“So when the group and the experts were holding him accountable for his actions and telling him that his apology had no meaning to it, he could not take it and he didn’t want to face the music, so he left pretty quickly.”
