Married at First Sight Australia 2021‘s most controversial couple, Bryce Ruthven and Melissa Rawson, finally tied the knot IRL, but not without a massive fumble at their wedding.

The duo first walked down the aisle during Season Eight of the marriage experiment. Now they’ve made their love permanent (and legal!) in a ceremony at Sorrento, Victoria, on February 24.

However, romance wasn’t the only thing in the air, with a clip from the reception showing the couple taking a huge tumble during their first dance.

Shared by their co-star and close friend Jason Engler, the video showed Bryce and Melissa dancing to an acoustic version of Joel Corry and MNEK’s Head & Heart.

It was all smiles from the newlyweds and onlookers as Bryce dipped his new bride.

However, the confident groom made a misstep that saw him and Melissa fall in the middle of the dance floor.

No one was hurt, and the couple was able to laugh off the faux pas and TBH, we do agree… it’s hilarious!

Bryce later shared the moment to his Instagram account, musing they were “head over heels for each other”. LOL!

“Note: nobody was hurt in our first dance,” he added. “2nd note: we’re still happily married after this!”

Who attended Married at First Sight 2021‘s Bryce Ruthven and Melissa Rawson’s wedding?

Several familiar faces and MAFS alumni attended the celebrations, including Belinda Vickers, Nick Furphy, Jesse Konstantinoff and Steve Burley.

A bit of a ragtag crowd, but it’s their day, so we won’t judge (much!).

The duo’s twin 16-month-old sons Levi and Tate are also said to have been included in the ceremony.

The wedding comes nearly two years after Bryce proposed to his TV wife in July 2022.

At the time, the former radio announcer revealed he’d popped the question to Melissa during a helicopter ride.
