Real Housewives of Melbourne‘s Gina Liano has splurged on a $2.4 million Brighton house, signifying that she truly is THE real housewife.
Having purchased the stunning abode in October, the sale comes after the 55-year-old put her one-bedroom Brighton apartment on the market in June.
The reality star first kept the purchase on the D-L before posting a since-deleted Instagram post thanking her mortgage broker for financing her home.
Sitting on a 343-square-metre block, the two-storey property features four bedrooms and three bathrooms — including a spa bathroom and ensuite.
It boasts plenty of natural light (A.K.A perfect for selfies), a lavish foyer and a curved staircase leading to the second floor.
There’s also an entertainer’s kitchen fitted with appliances, granite benchtops and storage aplenty!
Large windows look out onto a private alfresco area framed by manicured gardens.

Far less bougie than we expected, Gina’s former home was listed for just $600,000 to $650,000.
According to Real Estate.com.au, the median unit and apartment price in Brighton was $1.14 million in the last 12 months. Meaning, the price point is $490,000 under the suburb’s annual average!
Despite the surprising price, the apartment certainly looks like it belongs to an affluent reality star, complete with uber-modern finishings, an abundance of marble and a private alfresco courtyard.
The cost of the abode is also a far cry from her co-stars’ multi-million dollar homes, with Janet Roach setting the record last year in buying the most expensive house sold at auction in Australia — a cool $43 million.
