Real Housewives of Melbourne star Janet Roach has a new address where she can cause trouble! The reality TV icon is the now proud owner of a whopping $43 million Toorak mega-mansion.

Sam’s purchase of the Lansell Road property smashed the Australian-wide record for the most expensive home ever sold. And no wonder! Their new abode looks like it’s been pulled straight from a Hollywood film!

The five-bedroom property boasts seven (SEVEN!!) living spaces and comes complete with its own bar. It also houses a resort-style pool, cinema, gym AND tennis court on its sprawling grounds.

The mansion’s floor-to-ceiling windows will definitely afford Janet and her housewife gal pals the perfect golden hour snaps which we’re sure will be dominating social media in no time!

Sam Purchased The Home Under The Hammer!

Janet, 62, and Sam secured the stunning home after battling it out with one other bidder in a private auction.

According to News.com.au, they purchased the mansion from Blue Energy founder Mark Healey and his wife Kelly. The couple reportedly spent $15 million upgrading various aspects of the home after taking ownership in 2015.

The inner-Melbourne area no stranger to multi-million dollar properties. While Janet and Sam’s Lansell Road home is the most expensive ever bought at auction, it didn’t pass the record for the highest price paid in Melbourne.

In 2018, an unnamed buyer paid art dealer Rod Menzies over $52 million for a Malvern property in a private treaty sale.

Janet has been a mainstay of The Real Housewives of Melbourne since its conception in 2014 and we can’t wait for the official house tour as the fifth season unfolds!
