Real Housewives of Melbourne royalty Gina Liano is selling her one-bedroom apartment in Brighton, Victoria and it isn’t quite as bougie as we expected.
In fact, the modern and somewhat minimalistic apartment is on the market for only $600,000 to $650,000.
According to Real Estate.com.au, the median unit and apartment price in Brighton was $1.14 million in the last 12 months which means, the price point is $490,000 under the suburb’s annual average!
Despite the surprising price, the apartment certainly looks like it belongs to an affluent reality star, complete with uber-modern finishings, an abundance of marble and a private alfresco courtyard.
The cost of the abode is also a far cry from her co-stars’ multi-million dollar homes, with Janet Roach setting the record last year in buying the most expensive house sold at auction in Australia — a cool $43 million.

Five years ago, the lawyer-turned-reality star packed up her Toorak Road digs to move closer to the Mornington Peninsula and seemingly bagged a massive bargain for the property.
She’s now selling her Brighton apartment to move into something “a little bit bigger”, according to RealEstate.com.au.
“Brighton people love Brighton. I was born and bred here, and Brighton was perfect for me as a Melbourne base between the city and the Peninsula,” Gina told the property sales website.
Gina continued, “It’s easier to get from the Peninsula than going back to Toorak. My kids went to school here, I grew up here, and I love it. It’s safe. The complex is really fantastic.”
We’re pretty sure that the family mems in Brighton do not include her former step-son, Married at First Sight Australia‘s Dion Giannarelli.
Gina formerly dated Dion’s father, Dean Giannarelli, for 12 years, but their relationship ended soon after Dean (and Dion) moved to the States.
