Love Island Australia 2021 exes Tina Provis and Mitch Hibberd had no clue they were both returning to the villa in 2022 and, naturally, sh*t hit the fan.
While they’re yet to land in the Spanish villa at the time of writing (TBH, the drama has been hectic, so we TOTALLY forgot it’s still to get worse), Nine revealed on November 25 that they’d return during the explosive “Ex Week”.
The 26-year-olds both assumed they were just getting a second shot at love after the breakup, so the confrontation caused quite a bit of drama and tension!
And just when we thought running into our exes at the local Woollies was uncomfortable…
What Else Do We Know About Tina Provis and Mitch Hibberd’s Return to Love Island Australia?
The source revealed that this was a “first for Love Island Australia” as “they’ve never had past contestants go back into the villa” — aside from Love Island UK 2022, which saw the return of playboy Adam Collard.
They continued: “Producers are obviously hoping for fireworks between the pair, which they’re hoping results in ratings.”
