The Real Housewives of the Gold Coast showrunners are currently casting for a whole new cashed-up and bronzed line-up.
Casting agents have been searching the Gold Coast’s most affluent suburbs (literally all of them, have you seen those property prices?!), according to the Herald Sun.
It comes months after Celebrity Spellcheck cheekily shared a leak from Hayu, which showed a press release list of upcoming “new and Original Australian reality series”.
Alongside The Real Housewives of the Gold Coast, the streaming service is also readying itself for a Sydney instalment of the famed Million Dollar Listing franchise. There are also rumours about revamping The Real Housewives of Sydney in 2023!
Real Housewives fans could soon be shooting major heart-eyes at the multi-million dollar views in the likes of Burleigh Heads, Main Beach and Mermaid Waters.
Even Broadbeach Waters could soon take to the small screen, which just happens to be influencer Tammy Hembrow‘s stomping ground. And yup, she would totes be the ideal Real Housewife fo’ sho!
The Herald Sun reported that any future Real Housewives programming would be majorly dependent on the quality of the cast that could be brought together.
Of course, the Gold Coast has a wealth of potential casting options — with reality TV alum like Skye Wheatley or influencer families like the Hembrow-clan being our personal top picks.
Okay, But Who Is Tammy Hembrow?
If you’ve been living under a social media rock (honestly, good for you), Tammy is a 28-year-old fitness influencer and mother-of-three.
Tammy has carefully curated her online presence over the past few years, gaining 15.6 million followers with her enviable lifestyle and offering some major fitness inspo (she’s pretty much the post-baby bod kween).
She has since launched her online fitness app Tammy Fit and loungewear brand Saski Collection, which recently landed her on the Australian Financial Review’s Young Rich list. The publication estimated she has around $38 million in her piggy bank.
Her sisters Amy and Emilee Hembrow are also big-name influencers and honestly, we think The Real Housewives of the Gold Coast could be a family affair!
