Nearly five years after his high-profile split with Sam Frost, The Bachelorette 2015 winner Sasha Mielczarek has purchased a $2.15 million Gold Coast home.
Sasha, 36, and his partner Carly Cottam recently celebrated their one-year anniversary and have set the bar high for celebrations by snapping up the Burleigh Heads home together.
According to the Daily Telegraph, the couple paid 35 per cent more than the $1.6 million the property garnered only 14 months ago.
The 2018-built home sits on 605sqm and boasts three bedrooms with bathrooms to match, a media lounge room, multiple living areas, and a backyard pool!
Selling The Love Nest Meant For Sasha and Sam
In September Realestate.com.au reported that Sasha sold his newly built Bowral property for $2.6 million just days before it was due to go on the market.
He initially was building the property as a home for him and his Bachelorette ex-girlfriend, but the finalisation of the property was delayed by four years after the discovery of indigenous artefacts on the site halted the process.
By the time settlement rolled around in 2016, the couple had split after 18 months together.
The builder told Property Confidential in 2020 that the Southern Highlands home was designed “as if [he] would live in it”, but anticipated at the time of publication that it would be a “holiday let” considering the circumstances.
His partner Carly also works in the real estate industry, having founded the property sales and marketing firm MOTIV in 2020 following a stint as marketing director at Gurner, an apartment developer in Melbourne.
