Married at First Sight Australia 2022‘s Jackson Lonie has revealed that he lost his job after KIIS FM’s The Kyle and Jackie O Show played a video from his OnlyFans page live on air.

The long-running and highly controversial radio show and its hosts, Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O Henderson, received intense backlash after footage of the MAFS groom and his partner, Oliva Frazer, was shown to their co-stars Domenica Calarco and Ella Ding, during a live interview in June.

Olivia previously told So Dramatic! that the couple was considering legal action over the incident. Now, Jackson has confirmed legal proceedings have begun after he lost his plumbing job as a result of the stint.

“My boss is a family man and he had people contacting him and asking him about my content,” he told The Daily Telegraph. “I understand it doesn’t line up with his morals so I lost my job.

“It was spread around and it put him in a tough position.”

According to the publication, Jackson has engaged Melbourne firm DSA Law to represent him in the matter.

The 31-year-old has reportedly requested a permanent injunction to limit further use of his OnlyFans content, as well as “damages for breach of copyright or an account of profits [and] additional damages for loss of income and pain”.

Jackson Reveals How He Felt Following the Segment on The Kyle and Jackie O Show

Jackson admitted he was “shocked” to hear how his video was used by The Kyle and Jackie O Show.

“They showed the visual to Dom and Ella while they were on air, and they described what was going on and started body shaming myself and talking down Liv,” he told The Daily Telegraph.

“It was very hypocritical of them. We have been on their show before and they had a crack at Liv because she allegedly did what they have gone and done.”

It comes after Olivia was held to account by Married at First Sight fans after seemingly sourcing a distributing an intimate image from Domenica’s OnlyFans account.

In response to the contested radio faux pas, Olivia took to her Instagram Story to dub the program’s behaviour as “disgusting”.

“Don’t you think it’s a bit hypocritical? Like, isn’t that why everyone hates me because I allegedly did that?” she questioned at the time. “I didn’t, but that’s what people think I did.”
