Domenica Calarco became a quick fan favourite throughout Married at First Sight Australia 2022 and now the beloved Italian has revealed what she plans to do with her career post-experiment.
One So Dramatic! spy slid into our DMs after catching the MAFS crew — including Ella Ding, Brent Vitiello and Selina Chhaur — spilling some tea in a TikTok live on Al Perkins‘ account after a night out last Saturday.
In response to her budding fandom, Domenica “started asking people if she was to start a makeup up line whether people would buy it”. And, “she seemed very keen at the excited responses”.
“I can’t wait to do makeup tutorials. I cannot wait to engage with you and to see what you guys want to see on my Instagram,” she added. ICYMI: Domenica has racked up an impressive 349k Instagram followers since MAFS began.
While a handful of TikTok live viewers at 1:30 AM may not exactly be sound market research, some of the star’s recent career moves point toward Domenica’s potential to build a lucrative career in the public eye.
Domenica Signs With a Celebrity Agent
As reported in episode 166 of the So Dramatic! podcast, the media industry is pipping Domenica to be the next big star.
The reality-to-super star pipeline is already in full force, with the 29-year-old signing on with celebrity agent Sharon Finnigan, who will help Domenica further her post-MAFS career.
Sharon represents the likes of Karl and Jasmine Stefanovic, Phoebe Burgess and Natalie Barr.
Domenica Is Already In Talks to Appear On Several TV Shows
Since she has already signed on with an agent, it would make sense that Domenica has some pretty big career moves lined up, right?
Welp, as reported in episode 166 of the So Dramatic! podcast, those in the industry think Domenica is “going to be bigger than Martha Kalifatidis“!
“Producers and TV execs absolutely love her and think she has what it takes to be the next biggest star in Australia,” one source revealed.
In order to capitalise on Domenica’s MAFS success and budding influencer career, producers are reportedly considering the bride for hosting gigs, too!
“They are even looking at giving her her own show like Martha’s Red Wine Moments, but on TV as an aftershow to MAFS.” Ummm, sign us the hell up!
She has already appeared on Nine’s quiz show The Hundred With Andy Lee. Our source divulged that this was a trial for future work.
