Married at First Sight Australia 2022 intruder Dion Giannarelli may be making his personal TV debut, but it turns out he already has a wild AF connection to another Aussie reality star.
In a weird twist of the MAFS tale, it turns out that the big-shot property developer is actually related to Real Housewives of Melbourne star, Gina Liano. Well, kinda.
Dion is the son of Gina’s on-again, off-again partner, Dean Giannarelli. Dean and Gina were actually married at one point, making Dion her stepson.
Gina is the ultimate queen of the Aussie reality TV world, so we are sure she will have given Dion some pointers prior to his stint on MAFS. We just hope he won’t take after her in the drama department!
Dion Giannarelli’s Other Reality TV Connections
Given that he is a high-flying businessman, it is no surprise that Gina isn’t only celebrity connection of Dion’s.
The 33-year-old is followed on Instagram by none other than Karl Stefanovic. He and Karl appear to be good friends, with Dion’s profile sporting several pics of the pair hanging out, along with Karl’s wife, Jasmine.
In one happy snap, the pair can be seen together at Millionaires Walk in Sorrento, which is very fitting, TBH.
The reality TV web deepens as Dion is also chummy with The Bachelorette’s Aggi Guardiani and Laurina Fleur, as well as disgraced AFL player John Patton and 90’s icon Marcia Hines.
He’s also posted pics of actual Hollywood A-listers, including Jennifer Lopez and rapper Ja Rule.
At least if MAFS doesn’t work out for him Dion can use his network to get a job as a celebrity publicist, or something.
