Married at First Sight Australia 2022 couple Olivia Frazer and Jackson Lonie appear to have made good on their vows and are making a go of their relationship IRL.
To everyone’s genuine shock, the experts managed to create a decent match in this pair, which is more than we can say for the rest of this year’s couples.
For the most part, the couple has been relatively unproblematic — well, until Olivia’s HECTIC fight with Domenica Calarco. However, despite this, they still remain strong.
Now, a former friend of Olivia’s has further confirmed that the Bridesmaid Dress Bandit and Jackson are still together, with the pair having recently attended Olivia’s school reunion together.
Chatting to So Dramatic! host Megan Pustetto, the ex-pal dished on what Olivia is like IRL, including the “kick in the teeth” act that “pissed off” her former classmates.
The source revealed that the reunion was supposed to be for ex-students only, but Olivia “brought it upon herself to bring Jackson”.
“It was a bit of a kick in the teeth for other people there that didn’t get a chance to bring their partners,” she confessed in episode 161 of the So Dramatic! podcast.
Co-Star Brent Vitiello Dishes On Jackson Lonie and Olivia Frazer’s Relationship
During an interview in episode 159 of the So Dramatic! podcast AFTERMAFS series, Brent revealed where the couple is at.
“Look, they’ve got their own life to live and I don’t think they’re going to let that be a judgement on their relationship,” he said of the backlash from Olivia’s portrayal on the show.
“A lot of it was hard to watch and it’s a shame to see people the way they did. Each to their own, but together they are great.”
What Do We Know About Olivia and Jackson’s Relationship IRL?
Now, while it isn’t uncommon for “perfect” relationships to fall apart in the experiment, Olivia and Jackson seem to be as strong as ever, as revealed in episode 155 of the So Dramatic! podcast.
In fact, one source dished to host Megan Pustetto that Jackson has packed up his life in Melbourne to be closer to his bride!
According to the insider, his colleague is Jackson’s neighbour, who also witnessed the pair filming scenes for MAFS back in November.
“I believe he and his wife are still together and he’s moved to Sydney to be with her,” they dished. “They had a going away party for Jackson at his house early January and she was there.
“He was also still wearing his wedding ring.” Ooooh, juicy!
In March, Jackson’s friend, Molly, confirmed this tidbit via a spicy Facebook comment in response to backlash over Olivia’s behaviour during Homestay Week.
“If Jackson didn’t like [Olivia] he would have left a long time ago,” she said, adding: “They are still together and well a part of our friendship group.”
Has Jackson’s Sister Given Away The Fate Of His Relationship?
While our insider’s testimony seems pretty likely, Jackson’s sister’s Instagram activity further adds to suspicions that he and Olivia are still happy as Larry.
Not only is Madeleine following Olivia on Instagram, but she also penned a sweet post to her brother alongside a number of pics from his wedding day.
“Every little girl deserves a big brother like you to look over them and pick them up when they fall,” she wrote on February 6. “No matter what situation we’ve found ourselves in I’ve always felt a sense of security because I know I’ve got you in my corner.”
Adding that Jackson is the “best man in [her] life”, Madeleine said she was “very excited” to watch his journey on Married at First Sight.
One Married at First Sight Australia Contestant Confirms Jackson and Olivia Are Still Together
Not that we needed any more confirmation, but one Married at First Sight 2022 star also weighed in on the pairing.
According to the contestant, things are “going great” for Olivia and Jackson.
“Yes, they stay together until the end. They are still together now and going great,” they dished to So Dramatic! “They are madly in love.”
The only question left is, will it last?
