The Bachelorette’s Sam Frost and Australian Survivor’s Jordie Hansen have announced their engagement less than six months after they started dating.
As previously reported by So Dramatic!, Jordie already had a girlfriend, however, the on-again-off-again couple had only been back together for three weeks before the Survivor star broke it off and started dating Sam.

Jordie Hansen Met Sam Frost After Appearing on Survivor: Blood V Water
Sam and Jordie, 26, met through Sam’s younger brother, Alex, who starred alongside his sister’s new bae on Australian Survivor: Blood vs Water this year, both in the ‘Water’ team.
Alex had entered the Survivor game — alongside his sister’s ex, Jay Bruno — however, he ended up quitting due to a back injury.
In a separate interview with NOVA’s Fitzy and Wippa, Sam referred to herself as a “cougar” because Jordie is six years younger and friends with her brother.
“When I bailed my brother [out after Survivor], and I was like, ‘Oi is he single or what?’ and then he was like ‘Ah, don’t be weird! You’re so embarrassing!’” she said.

Jordie’s ex-girlfriend, Ash, claimed that the Survivor star was the “love of [her] life” and revealed they had been seeing each other on and off since they were 17 years old.
However, Sam said the “high school sweethearts” had only been dating for three weeks before he moved on and maybe this was one of their “on” phases?
After Jordie finished filming Survivor, Ash was getting ready to move from Adelaide to Melbourne to live with him.
However, after travelling back to Adelaide again, Ash had a “strange feeling come over” her as Jordie attended a viewing party for Survivor in Melbourne with Sam and Alex.
Then, someone sent Ash a video of Jordie and Sam dancing together at the event. Soon after, the Survivor star broke up with her.
Sam Frost Hits Back at “Home-wrecker” Allegations
During an interview with the Herald Sun in April, Sam revealed that she was seeing someone and she was “really happy”.
While Ash alleged Jordie started dating the Bachelorette star just two days after they broke up, Sam hit back at claims that she was to blame for the split.
“Labelling me a homewrecker is absolutely ridiculous,” the actress wrote in a series of now-deleted comments under a So Dramatic! Instagram post.
Sam then added that her boyfriend had not been in a “long-term” relationship with Ash, saying the claims were “defamatory”, explaining she and Jordie were “both single” when they started their relationship.
Sam Frost Moved Back to Melbourne For Jordie Hansen
Just two months after getting together, the Home and Away actress revealed to the Herald Sun that she had relocated back to Melbourne and moved in with Jordie.
“We’ve taken the next step and it’s nice,” Sam said, explaining their relationship made her “so happy”.
Once in Melbourne, Sam sparked engagement rumours when a photo of her with a ring on her wedding finger at a friend’s hen’s party circulated on social media.

Sam shared the happy news on her Believe podcast on July 7, revealing that Jordie proposed to her at the end of May during a trip to Uluru in the Northern Territory.
At the start of her podcast, Sam told her listeners: “It is a very important time of our lives, we recently got engaged and to celebrate, we thought we would go on a 14-day road trip.”
Jordie joined Sam on the podcast to speak about the proposal: “We were at Uluru, and we had just had brekky and were about to head back down south.
“Sambo had just been delivered her coffee, and so I said, ‘Hey, when would you say yes to getting married?'”
Sam then chimed in saying: “I said, ‘Pretty much anytime from now.'” Jordie decided to propose that afternoon.
The pair went to Coober Pedy to see the sunset, but Sam started becoming (affectionately) suspicious after Jordie setting up a camera in the back of the car with “tears in his eyes.”
Jordie then said he didn’t remember much about the proposal because he was “so nervous”. Aww!
“I was trying not to cry and just trying to speak. I remember saying something along the lines of, ‘Baby, we love jokes but this is not one of them. This is very serious’,” he said.
