What is Married at First Sight‘s Lucinda Light’s new book about?

On the Harper Collins website, Lucinda’s new book is described as an “interactive journal” that will “guide” readers towards “deeper emotional intelligence” and “genuine self-love”.

“In a world where true connection can feel out of reach, let Lucinda illuminate your path to more meaningful relationships, starting with the one you have with yourself. Because once you fully love who you are, your connections with others will be transformed,” the synopsis read.
