Married at First Sight Australia 2022′s Domenica Calarco and Ella Ding have confirmed that their friendship is over, and we saw this coming from a mile away!
In August, the duo cancelled their Sit With Us podcast following the backlash of their controversial episode with MAFS 2024‘s Jack Dunkley and Tori Adams.
Since then, rumours have been swirling that the duo are no longer friends, with sources telling So Dramatic! that Ella has been trying to “distance herself” from Domenica.
The pair appeared to reunite on August 29 with Ella sharing a photo of Domenica to her Instagram Story.
However, as revealed in episode 414 of the So Dramatic! podcast, the pair quietly unfollowed each other on Instagram just a few days after their catchup. Is anyone else confused?!
Then, the former ride-or-die finally broke their silence, confirming to Daily Mail Australia on September 4 that they were no longer friends.
“I’ve got nothing to say, but I wish [Domenica] the best of course, always will. All good things come to an end,” Ella said.
“We definitely unfollowed each other,” Domenica said. “I don’t even know where to begin.”
It comes after sources told So Dramatic! that Ella “came up with an exit strategy” from their friendship after she no longer needed Domenica’s popularity to further her career.
