Married at First Sight Australia 2022‘s Domenica Calarco and Ella Ding have reunited following rumours they’d fallen out.
In August, the duo cancelled their Sit With Us podcast following the backlash of their controversial episode with MAFS 2024‘s Jack Dunkley and Tori Adams.
Since then, rumours have been swirling that the former ride-or-dies are no longer friends, with sources telling So Dramatic! that Ella has been trying to “distance herself” from Domenica for quite some time.
Fans also noticed that the pair hadn’t posted with each other online since June, before Domenica entered a mental health facility. Insiders also told So Dramatic! they hadn’t spoken since around the same time.
However, on August 29, Ella seemed to shut down the speculation they were no longer besties by sharing a snap of Domenica flipping off the camera on her Instagram Story.
She then added a bed emoji to the bottom left corner, which seemed to hint at putting the rumours to bed.
As previously revealed by So Dramatic!, Ella allegedly became friends with Domenica because of her “popularity and fanbase”. So we’re not sure if this pic was settling the rumours, or just for show.
Regardless, we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled for more intel!
