Dream Home 2024 winners Rhys and Liam have spilled whether “villain” sisters Taeler and Elle were as bad in real life as they were in their edit.
The sister duo, who came third in the renovation series, copped a controversial portrayal on the show, with viewers calling them out for their bad behaviour.
Whilst on-screen “villains” are sometimes victims of unfair editing, Rhys and Liam told Yahoo! Lifestyle the sisters’ edit wasn’t too far off from how they were in real life.
“Outside the competition, Taeler and Ellie were great people,” Liam explained.
“[However] being so competitive, I think they went about things a little bit wrong… And I think a lot of Australia noticed that that’s not what this show is about.”
The brothers then claimed they had “nothing against” Taeler and Elle.
“They’re great people off-screen, so it was a hard one. I think everyone was competitive, but I think they were just overly competitive,” Liam added.
