The Block 2023 winners Steph and Gian Ottavio have announced an exciting new project, and we can’t wait to follow along on their next journey!
The fan-fave couple won the 19th season of the hit renovation show and took home a record-breaking $1.75 million.
On June 3, the pair took to TikTok to announce they were working on a NEW renovation project.
The clip showed the duo leaving the previous property they transformed in Bexley, NSW, which sold for $1.825 million, and entering the home they’d be renovating next.
“From one house to the other… can’t wait to take you along this next reno journey. Let’s create another home,” they wrote to the captions.

The reality stars also posted a video dancing outside the property they’d be renovating, alongside the Emma Stone audio: “Get up here, let’s dance!”
This comes after sources confirmed that Steph and Gian would appear onThe Block 2024, but not as contestants.

Per RealEstate.com, Steph and Gian paid $2.02 million for their new renovation project, an original Federation home on Morris Street in NSW’s Summer Hill.
The property boasts three bedrooms, one bathroom, a fireplace, a traditional washroom and a concreted backyard.
