Whip out your cowboy boots ‘coz Farmer Wants a Wife Australia is back for 2024 and we’ve got the deets on the five farmers who’ll be searching for The One.
Seven dropped a romantic first look at the new season, and as promised by host Samantha Armytage, this new series will feature “true love at its best”.
This year, Farmer Bert, 30, Farmer Joe, 33, Farmer Dustin, 26, Farmer Dean, 25, and Farmer Tom, 22, are all on their journey to find the love of their lives.
And it looks like romance really does blossom!
In the trailer, Tom gushes: “It’d be nice to have someone who makes me want to come home.” He then confessed, “I do feel very strongly about you,” to one of the ladies.
However, love doesn’t come as easily for some.
“It’s an intimidating feeling meeting a beautiful woman. Got me lost for words,” Bert gushed, alongside a shot of him staring silently at one of his dates. LOL!
Farmer Wants a Wife 2024 will feature a NEVER before seen drama
However, despite being the “most successful” Aussie dating show, the 2024 season will still be full of drama.
“I received a message,” one of the farmers said whilst ominous music played in the background. “The best choice for me is just to get away from the farm.”
There will also be drama between the ladies, with one of them retorting: “I’d prefer to never talk to you again.” Ouch!
Samantha’s voice can also be heard saying: “This is something that has never, ever happened before on Farmer Wants a Wife,” alongside shots of cast members crying. And we wonder what went down!

Farmer Bert, 30, Wamuran, QLD
While admitting he’s “rough around the edges”, the pineapple and dragonfruit farmer has a “really big heart”.
He’s looking for a partner who’s honest, loyal, hardworking, and who also likes to have fun.
Farmer Joe, 33, Bombala, NSW
The cattle and sheep farmer describes himself as “tall, dark and handsome” with a “passion for adventure”.
Despite claiming that he tries to “act in a way that makes [his] parents proud” in his official bio, it turns out the 33-year-old is a super spreader!
Sources told So Dramatic! that he DUMPED two (?) of his girlfriends to appear on the dating show. So, we’ll be keeping a close eye on this one.
Farmer Dustin, 26, Condobolin, NSW
In the trailer, Dustin exclaimed that the dating scene was “dismal” in Condobolin, NSW. However, he seems to have all the traits to make a perfect partner.
The “fun”, “ambitious” and “driven” farmer is looking for a partner who is “loyal”, “loves a good time” and has strong family values. And we hope he meets his match!
Farmer Dean, 25, Kandanga, QLD
Regarding his perfect match, the cattle and watermelon farmer isn’t “picky”. He’s looking for an “outgoing”, “hard-working”, and “driven” lady that he can take home to his parents.
And bonus points if they’re “keen to have a crack” and can make him “laugh and smile”.
Farmer Tom, 22, Tabilk, VIC
Despite being the youngest farmer this season, Tom is ready to settle down with a “caring” and “supportive” partner.
The 22-year-old says he’d “help [his] partner follow whatever goals they choose” because he sees relationships as a “team effort”. And we love him already!
