Married at First Sight Australia 2023‘s Tahnee Cook has hit back at Harrison Boon after he labelled several former TV brides “unmarriable”.

Just when we thought we’d seen the back of Harrison, he took it upon himself to sh*t on someone while they’re down (again), criticising co-star Lyndall Grace after she revealed during her AFTERMAFS episode on the So Dramatic! EXTRA podcast that she’d split from boyfriend Jordan Litchfield.

Sharing a screenshot of one of Lyndall’s TikTok videos, Harrison penned on his Instagram Story: “Sucks for you Lyndall.”

In a subsequent slide that contained a photo of Alyssa Barmonde‘s dating profile, he added: “Now you can join the rest of the unmarryables [sic] on Hinge.”

The father-of-one then shared his TV ex Bronte Schofields dating profile and Sandy Jawanda‘s recent callout looking for her “perfect match”.

“Imagine getting international coverage and STILL ending up alone over a year later. Yikes,” he wrote.

Harrison Boon says ‘karma is a b*tch’ for single MAFS brides

Harrison then upped his icky commentary with a screenshot of a Google definition of the “danger zone for women”.

“The danger zone for women is between 27 and 35 years of age,” the definition read. “Because your sexual value for finding a well rounded sexy and successful partner peaks around 18 to 24.

“After that you begin to show your age, body count stacks up, and emotional trauma ruins your purity.”

Now, we don’t need to go into detail about how VILE this frame of mind is. Unfortunately, this isn’t where Harrison’s concerning sentiment ended.

Over the screenshot, he said his MAFS 2023 co-stars had “avoided accountability” on the show.

“But karma is a b*tch. The market ain’t buying what you’re selling and you’re running out of time,” he declared.

“All the emotional support you get from feminist echo chambers on Facebook and Instagram clearly aren’t filling that void. Best of luck though. You can always adopt a dog?”

Tahnee Cook calls out Harrison Boon’s ‘disgusting’ sentiments

Sharing Harrison’s posts to her Instagram feed, Tahnee said she “won’t allow” her MAFS co-stars to be “spoken about in such a gross tone”.

“Anyone that shares these same views is a misogynistic pig and you should run as far away as you can,” she said. “The sentiment that women are no value to men when they hit a certain age it’s just disgusting.

“How are we in 2024 with people still holding these beliefs? It is no longer normalised to stay in unfulfilling and toxic relationships in fear of being undesirable. Your age doesn’t determine your worthiness of love.”

Calling out the hypocrisy of Harrison’s opinion, Tahnee said she’s disregarding the idea that single women are “unmarriable”.

“Who fkn cares. We don’t base our worth on the beliefs of disgusting men anyway,” she concluded. “Anyone who is happy and unbothered doesn’t have the time to drag people down like this.

“P.S. I’ve never seen a guy with a good hairline talk shit about women. Hot guys are feminists.”

Hear, hear!

Alyssa Barmonde’s ICONIC clapback at Harrison Boon

Alyssa, who was labelled by Harrison as “unmarriable”, took to her own Instagram page to clap back at the TV groom.

Sharing a Reel that included screenshots of Harrison’s Instagram Story, the mother-of-one penned: “POV: a misogynist calls you unmarryable [sic] but you know your worth.”

She then revealed she’d created merch, including caps, t-shirts and jumpers, with the “unmarryable” slogan across them.

“We know our worth. We are not going to settle in a toxic relationship in fear of being desirable,” Alyssa captioned the Reel.

“Your age does not place you in a ‘danger zone.’ The real danger zone is spreading disturbing information about how a woman’s age dictates her worthiness to a man, due to the fact that with AGE — we will grow, mature, become stronger, and more beautiful inside and out — fully knowing what we deserve.”

She also revealed that the merchandise is now available on her website. ICONIC!
