Married at First Sight Australia 2023‘s Lyndall Grace has announced her breakup from her boyfriend Jordan Litchfield.
ICYMI: In November 2023, Lyndall hard-launched her relationship with Jordan, telling So Dramatic! that “he’s the best and so hot”.
However, during her AFTERMAFS episode of the So Dramatic! EXTRA podcast on March 30, the fan-favourite bride revealed that she’d broken up with her former bae “pretty recently”.
“It’s been hard,” she told host Megan Pustetto. “I’m devastated and absolutely heartbroken, but I still love him so much.”
The 29-year-old explained that the pair recently went to Japan together and had a “wonderful time”. However, the trip brought their issues to light.
“We pulled some really deep-cut issues out of each other. It just got really intense really quickly,” she recalled. “If you’d asked me a month ago, I’d be like, ‘I’m gonna marry this guy’. So it all fell apart really quickly.”
She added: “It got to a point where we felt like it was getting too complicated, and we needed to go away and figure ourselves out a little bit.”
Lyndall then described her breakup as a “massive shame” because she and Jordan were “really good together”.
“It’s going to be hard, but we’ll just have to figure it out,” she finished. And we hope they do!

On April 1, Lyndall also addressed her split from Jordan in a teary TikTok video.
“When your boyfriend breaks up with you, but at least there’s a new Taylor Swift album out in two weeks,” she wrote over a video of herself crying.
