Married at First Sight Australia 2024‘s Timothy Smith has claimed Ben Walters stole the lyrics for his apology song to Ellie Dix.
ICYMI: Ben performed an apology song to his TV wife after going MIA after the last Commitment Ceremony, much to the chagrin of viewers who dubbed the scene “torturous”.
The groom later told So Dramatic! that the song was his “notes and thoughts which evolved into song lyrics”.

However, Timothy has denied this is the case.
Appearing on The Pulse with Seany B & Emma G on February 26, he explained he and Ben were at the pub one night when Ben revealed what he was planning to say to Ellie after their fight.
“I said, ‘Look, if you say that, you will get absolutely slaughtered. At this point, you just need to fall on your sword’,” Tim recalled.
“I didn’t realise he was going to turn my words into a song!” LOL!
This comes after Ben addressed his song and shared his full list of “dislikes” about Ellie with So Dramatic!, telling us the situation was extremely misinterpreted.
