Married at First Sight Australia 2024‘s Tim Calwell has been spotted kissing a mystery woman amid rumours that he was cheating on Sara Mesa during filming.
ICYMI: During Sara’s appearance on The Kyle & Jackie O Show, hosts Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O Henderson revealed that Tim was allegedly sleeping with or texting a “Brazilian” woman from his past whilst filming MAFS.
To add fuel to the fire, Yahoo! Lifestyle obtained images taken on February 1 of Tim kissing a mystery woman named Barbara Griebeler in the Gold Coast, QLD.

Pics obtained by another outlet also showed the pair grabbing takeaway and hugging earlier this month. So it’s safe to say Tim’s on-screen marriage is well and truly over!
What are the rumours about Married at First Sight‘s Tim?
It’s unclear whether Brisbane-based architect Barbara is the same person Tim reportedly “cheated” on Sara with, but we’ve obtained some clues that it’s most likely her.
One source told Yahoo! Lifestyle that Tim was “briefly seeing” Barbara before filming. However, they “got back together a week after he split from Sara”.
Another source told So Dramatic! that the woman Tim was “cheating” with was none other than the ex who cheated on HIM. They also claimed that the Gold Coast-based groom now has a “full-on girlfriend”.
“She lives in Brisbane,” they dished. “They’ve been spotted around Brisbane holding hands [and] kissing”. So, the story checks out so far!
What has MAFS’ Tim said about the cheating claims?
Meanwhile, Tim has denied the cheating claims, telling Yahoo! Lifestyle that he was “100 per cent faithful to Sara” during filming.
“The only person I was romantically involved with during the experiment was Sara, which is more than I can say about others,” he said.
He then hinted that “there will be a cheating scandal later in the season”, which doesn’t involve him.
