Entrepreneur Tim Calwell is making his mark on Married at First Sight Australia 2024.
One of ten grooms in the 11th season of the marriage experiment, this 30-year-old is a marketing guru based in the influencer capital of Australia — the Gold Coast!
Tim runs his own e-commerce digital marketing company and specialises in profitable revenue generation while also working as the Head of Performance at Gleamin, a skincare and wellness brand.

Sources close to the entrepreneur have told So Dramatic! that he’s “super savvy and switched on”, whilst others said he’s “nice but a bit of a pushover”.
His mates also labelled him as “down to earth and a lot of fun”.
Ahead of the show’s launch, sources told So Dramatic! that the drama in Tim’s on-screen relo is almost immediate after his best man “gave the wildest speech ever” at their wedding reception.
“They were getting along until that point but the speech fully derails things and there is huge drama that continues well into the honeymoon,” they said. Yikes!
Just like his bride-to-be Sara Mesa, Tim is friends with several former reality TV stars, including MAFS 2023‘s Tahnee Cook, FBOY Island‘s Caleb Duncan and Josh Everett, and The Bachelor‘s Nicole Wood.

As per his official MAFS bio, Tim is a “charming surfer boy who grew up in Darwin”, describing himself as a “friendly, laidback guy who is easy to get along with”.
On top of living in Darwin, the travel bug has lived in Colombia, Melbourne, Thailand and Bali before settling on the Gold Coast and calling the Sunshine State home.
He also loves “ice baths, ” so much so that he mentions them in his official bio. LOL!
He aspires to build a school in Ethiopia, where his sister was adopted from.
Tim Calwell’s past relationships
Opening up about his past relationships, Tim broke it off with his most recent girlfriend after finding out she was unfaithful.
He enjoys dating but keeps his walls up as he isn’t healed from his past heartbreak.
As for his ideal companion, Tim values a funny, emotionally stable woman who is a great conversationalist and exudes feminine energy.
