Love Island Australia 2023‘s Zac Nunns has announced his breakup with Lucinda Strafford have broken up amid rumours she dumped him for Love Island: All Stars.
After several telling clues that the controversial couple had called it quits, Zac took to Instagram on February 11 to confirm the speculation.
“Hey guys, just thought I’d let you know that Lucinda and I have decided to go our separate ways,” he penned.
“I’m not feeling too good about the situation and appreciate all the support so far.”
Zac followed the announcement up with a TikTok video of him and Lucinda kissing, overlayed with the text: “POV: You didn’t know that this was one of your last moments together.”
“Thanks for the memories x,” it was further captioned. Sounds like things weren’t entirely mutual then…

At the time of writing, the duo no longer follow each other on the ‘gram, and Lucinda appears to have wiped her Instagram feed clean of all Zac content.
The 23-year-old, who rose to fame on Love Island UK in 2021, has yet to address the breakup.
So Dramatic! has contacted Zac and Lucinda for comment.
Sources claim Lucinda Strafford dumped Zac Nunns to appear on Love Island: All Stars
Just days before Zac shared that he and Lucinda were no longer a couple, a source alleged that Lucinda was the instigator of the breakup.
Chatting to Daily Mail Australia, they said the couple parted ways so Lucinda could “pursue opportunities on Love Island: All Stars“.
Love Island: All Stars is currently filming in Fiji and features a cast of former Islanders reuniting to find love and, at times, bury the hatchet.
While this tea isn’t confirmed, it comes after Lucinda shared on TikTok that she was first approached to appear on Love Island Games, another of the dating show’s spin-off series that aired at the same time as Love Island Australia 2023.
Are Zac Nunns and Lucinda Strafford faking their breakup?
As previously reported by So Dramatic! podcast host Megan Pustetto, fans have been suss that Zac and Lucinda were planning a fake breakup to pursue other clout-enhancing opportunities — i.e. the abovementioned Love Island spin-offs.
“Anyone think Zac and Lucinda are faking their breakup so they (or even just her) can be considered for Love Island: All Stars?” one fan wrote in the So Dramatic! Communi-TEA Facebook group.
We guess we’ll find out if (and when!) they get back together, hey?!
