Love Island Australia 2023‘s Nate Page has exposed the “biggest clout chaser” from his season.
Of course, whenever a new season of Love Island hits the airwaves, it always raises the question of whether the Islanders are on the show for fame or love.
The fifth season of the Aussie iteration was no different. So, when Nate appeared on the Back to Reality podcast, hosts Taku Chimwaza and Selina Chhaur couldn’t help but ask who he thought was looking for “clout”.
Laughing at the question, Nate took a few moments before dropping the names we’re sure most people had on their minds: “I’ll say Zac [Nunns] and Lucinda [Strafford].
“I just think that when they came on [the show], they loved the drama,” Nate confessed. “They know what gets likes.”
He went on to say that the couple are “kind of pushing that narrative for the clout”.

Selina pointed out that Lucinda already had a “massive following” from when she appeared on Love Island UK in 2021, further questioning whether she’d still be “clout chasing”.
For Nate, all signs point to yes!
“She came on the show and made sure that she was a big character,” he said. “For instance, someone would read out texts, and it’s shocking, you know? Some people would be like, ‘Oh’, [but] Lucinda was like, ‘[GASP], oh my gosh!’.”
He continued: “Not only that, but it would be like, someone didn’t read out the text properly, so you gotta say it one more time.
“They say it one more time and Lucinda [goes], ‘OH MY, OH MY. WHAT?!’. So she’s going to get that screen time.”
And TBH, it checks out!
While they seemed loved-up AF in the Spanish villa, fans have been sceptical of Zac and Lucinda’s romance since the show wrapped.
Mainly because Zac has been spotted several times appearing “flirty” with other women, while Lucinda cut her Australia trip short and fled back to the UK in early January.
What’s that saying, again? Where there’s smoke, there’s fire…
