Married at First Sight Australia 2024‘s Sara Mesa and Cassandra Allen are set to lock horns in one of the most hectic dinner parties the experiment has ever seen.
We were introduced to both brides in the January 29 premiere when they wed their respective TV husbands, Tim Calwell and Tristan Black.
While Sara quickly proved she wasn’t going to take any sh*t from Tim after their disastrous wedding reception (and subsequent frosty honeymoon), it turns out her bae isn’t the only one she butts heads with.

Per Daily Mail Australia, “things really hit the fan” between Sara and Cassandra after the latter called the Columbian-born bride out for mistreating her groom.
Apparently, Cassandra gets P*SSED that Sara bailed on three dates with Tim. As such, she questions whether her co-star is on MAFS ~fOr ThE rIgHt ReAsOnS~.
“It all started over a misunderstanding involving Tim. Sara felt ambushed by Cass’s sudden outburst,” one insider explained.

Known as the “smiling assassin” among the cast for her snakey one-liners, Cassandra’s confrontation with Sara sparked a major conflict.
“The tension escalated quickly. Sara tried to explain her side, but Cass wasn’t having any of it,” the source continued.
“It’s like she made up her mind about Sara based on what Tim told her off-camera, and since then, it’s been constant jabs and snide remarks.
The insider said Cassandra’s remarks were “totally uncalled for”. In fact, some participants struggled to see why she repeatedly had it out for Sara.
“Cass has this way of stirring the pot. She’s not one to hold back, especially if she thinks someone’s not being genuine,” they explained.
“And with Sara, she’s been relentless.”
They noted that the feud was “uncomfortable” to witness and that it was like “watching a ticking time bomb every time they’re in the same room.”

However, a second MAFS participant said Cassandra’s beef with Sara wasn’t without reason.
“Cass called Sara out for being fake,” they explained. “She did it calmly but directly, telling Sara that she wasn’t paying enough attention to her relationship with Tim and was coming across as insincere.
“Every time they tried to address the issue with Sara, she became defensive and rude.”
They concluded: “Cass’ frustration grew because Sara seemed uninterested in any form of constructive feedback.”
This comes after another insider told So Dramatic! that Cassandra is “so b*tchy” despite coming “across as this sweet little angel”.
Ouch. Looks like we’re in for a bumpy start to the experiment!
