Married at First Sight Australia is back in full swing for 2024 and fans are already praying for Sara Mesa after Tim Calwell‘s best man’s speech.
In the January 29 episode, Tim’s groomsman Ben made one of the wildest speeches in MAFS history. And to say the wedding guests were SHOCKED would be an understatement.

After exposing Tim for receiving “road head” (his words, not ours!), Ben told a tale about a time when the groom ate four-day-old chicken at a music festival.
“And Sara, you can find solace in the fact that, rancid or not, Tim will still eat you,” he finished. And who gave this man a microphone?!
Fans took to Twitter to share their collective disgust after the monstrosity that played out before their very eyes.
But that wasn’t the only red flag of the night, ‘coz Tim also admitted to Sara that he was about to PROPOSE to his ex that he only broke up with SIX months prior.
And Sara, we’d tell you to run but we have a feeling you’ve already started lacing up your shoes…
Married at First Sight 2024 fans BEG producers to ‘PROTECT’ Cassandra Allen at all costs
Cassandra Allen and Tristan Black‘s heartwarming wedding came at the perfect time after Tim and Sara’s train wreck of a wedding reception.
After learning that Cassandra had tragically lost her mother and her childhood sweetheart, fans begged producers to “protect” her heart at all costs.
Luckily, fans are rooting for Tristan and Cassandra. And we hope they’re the real deal, ‘coz we couldn’t take it if our queen had to endure any more heartbreak!
Whilst we hold on to high hopes for the couple, let’s just take a moment to remember what show we’re watching.
MAFS fans want Cassandra’s dad Moddy to stick around
Fans were also OBSESSED with Cassandra’s dad Moddy, who was the main character of the episode.
He made us laugh, cry and fall in love with him within his first 30 seconds of screen time. So if there’s a petition to keep him on the show, we’ll be the first to sign it!
