With a whopping 6,200 followers at the time of writing, Sarah is no stranger to the spotlight thanks to her job working as a nutrition and fitness coach at celebrity gym ACERO in Sydney.
The new bride also knows fellow reality stars The Bachelorette‘s Adam Todd, The Bachelors‘ Naomi Johnston and I’m A Celebrity‘s Simone Holtznagel. So it’s safe to say she’s well and truly part of the reality TV pyramid scheme!

The 29-year-old also runs her own fitness coaching business, The Fit and Hungry Girls. And we can tell she’s one powerful woman!
Other than killing it in the fitness world, we’ve heard that Sarah will be one of the ones to watch this season, finding herself at the centre of a LOT of drama.
In fact, Sara and her on-screen bestie Lauren Dunn were reportedly “praised by producers for making the show” as they weren’t “afraid of confrontation”. And we can’t wait!

According to an insider, Sara hasn’t had the best luck when it comes to her love life.
“She’s been unlucky in love and has kissed her fair share of frogs,” one source told So Dramatic!.
“Her ex cheated on her multiple times with multiple women so she has trust issues. It was a very toxic relationship. He was a narcissist and very manipulative to her.”
However, we have a feeling the bride-to-be won’t have any problems finding the man of her dreams, because she’s also been described as a “hard worker” and “go-getter”.
“Sara is very determined and outspoken,” the source continued. “She knows exactly what she wants and isn’t afraid to go after it.
“She’s super sweet and nice, but I definitely wasn’t surprised to see her join the show.”
What else do we know about Married at First Sight 2024‘s Sara Mesa?
Per her official bio, Sara was born and raised in Columbia, moved to Canada as a child and has lived in Australia for the past eight years.
Alongside her fitness career, we’ve heard that she also worked as a waitress at Hemisphere Level 6. This is Sydney’s most exclusive club, where members pay an annual $10,000 fee and carry black laminated swipe cards.
It’s been described as everything from a gentlemen’s club to a private oasis where “anything goes” and where only top-tier celebrities and the rich and famous can be found.
One patron even described her as a “nice girl”. But hey, we’ll be the judge of that!
What is Sara Mesa looking for in a partner?
She’s looking for a confident partner who can match her energy. However, she said it’d be a bonus if he happened to be a light-haired “pretty boy”. Feels!
Sara finds that she can sometimes offend people with her brash honesty. However, as an independent Latina woman with a HUGE personality, she’s hoping her future hubby will be able to put her in her place.
In the show’s spicy first look, she can be seen telling her partner, “Here’s to hopefully finding our happily ever after. ” And we hope her days of kissing frogs are long gone!
