Former CEO Benjamin Reeves has been cleared of stalking charges and breaching a restraining order instigated by police on behalf of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! 2018‘s Simone Holtznagel.

Benjamin — the former head of Australian Association of Graduate Employers — was arrested on July 15 when he was leaving Sydney Downing Centre Court, after telling media he felt “vindicated” because police had withdrawn the stalking charge against him.

He has since been cleared twice over similar police allegations, per news.com.au.

Police previously claimed the 59-year-old was obsessed with Simone. They alleged he had stalked her from April to July 2022 in Syndey’s CBD and eastern suburbs.

Benjamin vehemently denied the claims and the charges were dropped by police, who were ordered to pay his legal fees.

He was arrested just moments after the first decision was made, charged with breaching an apprehended violence order.

Authorities alleged Benjamin breached the interim personal violence order taken out to protect Simone by attending Sydney’s Vivid festival on July 14 when the model was in the crowd.

On October 18, police again withdrew the charge against Benjamin.

The news comes just days after the former Australia’s Next Top Model star announced she was pregnant with her first child.
